On the Rite Aid coupons from the video values that are $2 off $10 beauty bonus and hair care bonus those say cannot combine with other offers does that mean I can’t use manufacture’s coupons or other Rite Aid coupons with it?

My riteaid didn’t have Rimmel Blush so I just substituted the Eye Shadow that was ~$5.20 (before 50% discount) and it worked fine.
Tried this deal today exactly and foundation coupon would not scan. Cashier said the wording on coupon said “purchase at walmart” so more than likely rite aid would not except it. She entered it manualy but said not to use it again. Just a heads up, some stores may not take the $3 coupon.

I did try the $3.00 Rimmel Q from the May All You today. The cashier could not scan it but did enter it in manually. It does say it’s a manufacturer coupon. I am guessing it is one of those YMMV situations.

Does anyone know how Rite Aid determines which items are 50% off? For example, if you buy four items, are the two highest price items full price, and the two lower price items 50% off?
Usually, from my experience (hopefully someone can officially confirm) they will half one of the higher and one of the lower to make it more fair
