The 10/31 P&G has a $2.00 off any Tide Detergent. This gives $1.03 overage at Walmart on the Single Tide Pack. These single packs are great for college students or travel. You don’t necessarily have to use this on single packs – but :
Buy Single Load Tide $1.03
Use $2/1 Tide coupon from 10/30/11 P&G
FREE + $1.03 overage

The coupons cannot work for the travel pack because that single pack is NOT a P&G product. I have seen that in several forums.
I went to target and got the 3 pack of them they are $2.69 after q its .69 not too bad.

Well good luck,. Cuz Everytime I go into walmart I get mad cuz they DO NOT stick to their policy/ are VERY rude,/ lookat me like I am stealing when I try to coupon.. etc and one cashier even cussed at me. I had a cashier take the coupons but not scan but one of them.. And when my total rang up I was like hmm.. but paid it cuz I had my 1 year old with me and had a line behind me. I thought the coupons were taken off but then realized they did not scan and she kept them anyways. she never said “these wont scan.. ” etc” And then I had anther time I baught stuff with the BOGfree stuff. And I returtned them all *due to the cussing cashier above* And they kept the cuopons even when I returned everything. that is theft! (they should have tore them up due to me returning the items they shouldnt get credit for items I returned… ) I will say.. I have had only a few good experiences with Walmart. So therefore I will no longer be doing the freebies unless its high items *like the toothbrush 10.00 off got a rechargable tb for 2.00 * I am just done with it. Now wags. I LOVE WAGS!!

So I tried this at Walmart, it beeped, & the CSR said I couldnt use it because it wasn’t the item pictured. I was frustrated and the cashier was extremely nice so I simply asked for my coupons back and asked her to take the trial Tide off my order. I will try at another Walmart when I have my “game face” on! UGGG! LOL good luck everyone.

Is this coupon from October or November P&G?.
In other site says: The new October 30th P&G (says November 2011 on the front) has a $2.00 off any Tide Detergent.

Stick to your guns, everyone! There are no exclusions on the coupon, and corporate policy clearly states that you will be given full value of the coupon. If overage exists, you are entitled to the difference in store credit (not cash back or a gift card). Without listing all of my haul at WalMart this week, I managed to snag about $150 of items for about $11 this week with coupons and applied overages. Bring a copy of the policy with you, and if they refuse, call corporate offices.

I too have had trouble using the $1.00 Tide MQs at Walmart. The coupon beeped and couldn’t even be manually entered. The register just flat out rejected it. The manager came over and said it could not be used on trial size. Oh well… I don’t even try anymore.

Thanks! Looks like I will be making some college care packages for friends and family and I know what is going to be in them.

its better to buy some items along with the items with overage.

Go to TARGET they work there

Looks like the travel size will soon disappear eventually because Walmart’s not sticking to their policy.

Our local walmart will not pay back for overages but will give the credit towards another item only if you buy something else in the same transaction. I got the tide coupon and had the $1.03 overage so got a candy bar free too!

When I tried to get overage for schick razors ($2) the cranky cashier and CSM would not give it (it’s too much they said) I gave up on the razors, but was later with a different cashier able to get $.53 overage on breathe right strips (which promptly disappeared from the shelves). I wish I knew if the overage would pass on the Tide packs.

The Walmart I shop out will not allow this coupon on travel size tide (have tried it with the $1.00 Q’s). Been told it is their own store policy, even though I has the corporate coupon policy with me. I don’t even try anymore……

My Walmart will only take off 97cents and will not give overage.

Maybe you could print out a copy of their coupon policy to show that you are supposed to get your overage? and I would ask for a manager :) Good luck!
