Update: Apparently this coupon has some verbiage only allowing 1 per person. Now you can take that literal and say one per person for the rest of their life, so you wouldn’t even be able to use this coupon twice in separate transactions.
So if you can take your husband, kids and possibly dog to the store – and do four separate transactions – just mix the stayfree in with the clean and clear deal or revlon deal — you end up with the same deals overall.
I really am having a hard time keeping up with the all the verbiage these days – especially on regional coupons – it is just getting harder and harder to coupon. :)

I didn’t even notice that when I used 8 of them on Sunday. I had no issues using them at all.

I used them too but I used 4 per transaction because I thought that that is what was stated on the coupon, I didn’t even check it. I had no idea it said one per person. That is nuts, we knew these changes were coming because a lot more people are using coupons. When coupons are processed by the stores, they are placed in plastic bags and sent to the processing warehouse, there is no way to track how many one person uses per transaction. The stores can certainly enforce it and I think the verbiage is changing so that the shelves are not cleared of a particular product.

You get 300 gas points it’s only $9.00 if you have a 30 gallon tank or use some extra gas cans ;) I wish the points lasted a little longer, I’m trying to get free gas this month! =)

ok I get the whole 1 coupon per person thing, but I don’t get how using this one coupon can dictate the other things in our cart. So I seriously can’t buy 1 stay free and then 6 boxes of Krave according to the verbiage? {Bottom lip out} yeahhh whatever! Ok Shannon, I promise only positive vibes from here on out! Until I get rotten verbiage again!!
Shannon says
The coupon verbiage is getting silly :)

Bummer! I used my coupons last week when these were $2 each and free. Could’ve gotten them free and gas this week!

I read on another site that because this stayfree coupon states “limit one coupon per person” that you can only use one coupon, but you can use 4 different stayfree coupons at once.
Wendy says
The Stayfree coupon says “Limit one coupon per person, no more than 4 coupons (of any kind) for the same product in the same transaction”. So doesn’t this mean you can only use one $2 coupon per person in the same transaction? All this new restrictive wording is so confusing. :)
Carey says
haha, I just posted the same thing.

Wow, there are getting very technical now. Thanks Extreme Couponing show. The bad thing about this is that the folks on the show have the rules bent for them for the sake of ratings.
