Grace left this comment about her trip, Thanks Grace:
I actually purchased 15 shredded cheese and 2 of the Nabisco 100 cal packs. The total was $41.50 less the $5×2 for $20 or more purchase promo and then less $15 in coupons (cheese) and $1/2 packs for the 100 cal packs = $15.50 for everything!!! Woo hoo!!! Great deals!

Giant would not take my $5/5 Kraft coupon! :(

I did this deal in two transactions this morning, with a combo of OM bologna ($1/2 Qs), OM turkey ($1/2 Qs), Bagelfuls ($5/5 Q), Lunchables ($1/1 Qs), 100 cal packs , Wheat Thins & Triscuits (I used the $1/2 Nabisco cookies or crackers Q for these). The $5/5 Q beeped for the Bagelfuls, because I guess it is only for dairy or cheese, but the cashier put it through anyway (lucky me, I should read more carefully!). Retail price was $64.81. But my OOP was $15.28 for everything! Great deal :)

I actually only “spent” 19.99 because bagelfulls were 1.99, so customer service adjusted the price to 2 bucks for them and then gave me the five bucks off. Wahoo! I love how helpful Giant usually is with these deals!

I did the deal twice last night at Giant. I checked with customer service to be sure that coupon would work before I shopped. They said $5 and under were ok!
Once to buy 5 boxes of Velveeta which ended up being $14.95 for all 5. No coupons, but we use a lot of Velveeta for homemade mac and cheese.
And once to buy 5 bags Kraft Shredded Cheese, 4 bologna, and 4 boxes Jello for $8.88. I have BOGO coupons for the Jello, 2- $1 coupons for the bologna (my store doubles $1, but only 1 for each item so I got $3 off the bologna), and 2 – $1 coupons for the cheese.
John says
Also, can someone tell me which zipcode to use for the bologna coupon? I can’t seem to find it.
John says
Is this listed in the ad? I just want to be prepared just in case it doesn’t come off for some reason I have something to show them to back it up.
Shannon says
@John,
It is in the ad this week.
John says
Are these Kraft scenarios only for stores without gas deals, or is this like the past several weeks witht he 5 dollar instant savings.
Shannon says
@John,
This is similar to the $5 savings of the past few weeks. Giant seems to be getting on board with these types of savings, because starting sunday their is a Unilever instant savings as well.
They haven’t had any instant savings at the non-Gas stores recently, so I am wondering if they are moving in this direction?

I printed out 2 coupons and went to Jewel since their shredded cheese was on sale. Got a total of 10 pkgs of shredded cheese for $0 + tax. All of its going in the freezer, and I don’t have to worry about shredded cheese for a while, lol.
Be careful on were you use these though. I went to the Jewel the town next to mine because I can no longer use computer printed coupons at the jewel in my own town…..crazy.

@elizabeth reisner,
Score! Nice deal.
