I had checked “my account” and didn’t see it, so I waited and checked again now and it still isn’t there. Is anyone else having trouble with this or is it just me? I even thought that it might be because I signed up using Facebook and went back and signed up again using a different email address and that account doesn’t have the credit either.

I just signed up and it worked!
Bree says
Hmm … signed up as a new member, confirmed my e-mail address, but I don’t see the credit. Any suggestions?
Shannon says
@Bree,
Apparently there is/was a technical issue. Sorry.

I signed up for Tippr but don’t see the credit on my account. Is there something else I need to do?
Shannon says
@Lauren,
Hmmm it should show up immediately.
Shannon says
@Lauren,
I just tested it with a dummy email and it shows under my account . Click on the my account circle on the top to see i you see it.

I signed up but didn’t automatically get a $5 credit. I had to invite friends by email and if they sign up AND make a purchase, then I’ll get $5. Did I do something wrong?
Shannon says
@Sarah,
No it should show up immediately.

@Sarah,

Any clue how long it takes the credit to show up? I’d received an email from them previously, so thought maybe I already had an account, but when tried to sign in, it said ‘seems you already received our emails, but you need to register an account’ So then I click on the link mentioning the credit, and registered, but not seeing the credit. :(

@Chrys,
I just tested it and it showed up immediately.
