I saw you were featuring some reader’s purchases and I had to submit mine. Normally I get things super cheap and usually free @ the drugstores, but they are typically “drugstore” items (IE: Soap, shaving stuff, vitamins, etc)
I get ok deals on food @ Giant (I’m not an instant savings store) but I never get super cheap food. (Sometimes I score a .50 cent box of cereal)
But tonight @ Rite Aid I was rockin!

i too have had problems lately at rite aid. the store mgr said they don’t accept internet coupons. Decided to take the store policy with me from now on.

Hi! yesterday my rite-aid told me that I could only use 3 internet printed coupons (I had internet chex coups and video value coups also regular mfg. coups). . . Asst. Mgr. said it’s their policy — posted at the register . . . anyone else having trouble?? they make me feel like a criminal – – also accused me of copying coupons (which I have NEVER done!). . . I shop at 4 different RAs . . .3 of them usually give me a hard time when I try to stack RA coupons w/MFG. coupons. . . I’m getting discouraged . . not worth the hassle!
Last comment . . are you allowed to use more than one Video Values coupon – – especially in the same transacation ?? They note “one per customer” at the bottom – – also “not valid if duplicated” (is that the same as printing it twice??)and “cannot be combined with any other offers”??
wow! you scored some great deals! I love seeing photos of shopping trips with the cost and coupon breakdown. Just curious about how to print additional ad perk coupons? Mine automatically sends the info to the printer without a pop up screen. this might be unethical, but are the codes unique? could you make copies of the coupons?
Hey Lyn, Thanks! They had both the baked lays and classic lays. I went with both the baked lays and classic lays, but they didn’t have any baked lays at my store. :)

Great haul. I’ve been rockin’ RA lately myself, and wondered about the video values Lay’s coupon. I’ve seen the one for BAKED Lay’s but not for the classic.
I only mention this because I was excited to use that baked Lay’s Q but then I got to my store and realized they didn’t even sell the baked Lay’s.
Did I miss the classic Lay’s vv Q?
Sarah-When you go to print your video value coupons you are prompted to select how many you want to print. I just print a lot!
Tracy – My family eats a LOT of Kashi cereal. I got the peelies from the Kashi boxes I purchased @ Target. I actually had 1.00/1 coupons I used at the time of purchase which were soon to expire so yes, I used those and saved the peelies which had a much later expiration.
In any case, this post isn’t condoning the use of peelies (no where is Shannon stating that it is a positive thing to take peelies from items you aren’t purchasing.)
Is it just me, or does anyone else agree that we shouldn’t be condoning the practice of taking peelies off products you aren’t actually buying? And I don’t mean to single this shopper out… perhaps she did buy the products w/ other coupons and save the peelies.

I’m wondering how you get multiple copies of the video values coupons? I have only been able to print them once from my account.
Thanks for the feature! But Oops- under transaction two, I forgot that I also used -$1.00/4 Kleenex (newspaper) and (2) -$1.00/2 Kleenex (video values). Second transaction is still .95, but forgot to list the kleenex coupons.
