I recently had the opportunity to try the new Quaker Soft Baked Bars. (You can print a $1.00/1 coupon here). They are a new snack bar from Quaker is made with real fruits and nuts that you can eat on-the-go OR warm up in the microwave for a real bakery experience.
This great snack can get you through until your next meal and comes in two delicious flavors:
• Cinnamon Pecan Bread
• Banana Nut Bread
When the boxes came, they didn’t stand a chance, Evan dug in and tried both of them. I tried both the Banana Nut Bread and the Cinnamon Pecan, I preferred the Cinnamon Pecan, while my son, Evan preferred the Banana Nut.
Even though I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I tend to skip it. I thought the Quaker Soft Baked Bar was a great, quick breakfast snack. Evan warmed his up in the microwave. Evan apparently enjoyed them, because I found an empty box.
These treats aren’t just tasty, but are full of vitamins.

We have some really busy, early weekends coming up in the summer. We have baseball tournaments scheduled from 8am until 6pm. I will definitely be throwing a few of these in our baseball bag for a quick snack, instead of buying at the snack stand. Sometime it is hard to convince Evan to eat wholesome food at the baseball fields, but the Quaker Soft Baked Bar seem more like a treat!
You can find a $1.00/1 coupon here to try them yourself!

True, but, there aren’t any stores that still double around here. I didn’t find any $1 coupons either.
Shannon says
Sorry Kim thats a bummer, we have a bunch here that double.

It’s a .75 cents off coupon. Where is the $1.00 off you are talking about? I’m sorry, i just don’t see it.
Shannon says
Cecy,
That is the link they gave me – but a $.75 if even better for most who have stores that will double :)
