Any ideas I am currently subscribed to receive CVS e-mails but I’ve haven’t gotten any in over 2 months. I really try to use the % off and the $5/$25. I contacted corporate and they confirmed I was signed up for e-mails. They don’t understand why I am not receiving them. Would you sign up for a new card and start over? The CVS rep didn’t have any advise.

@Tanesha I have a couple of comments. First of I changed my CVS email and I wasn’t getting any thing either then I realized CVS was sending all my offers to my old email address. There are no traces of my old email address in the system, I can not get it to send emails to my new email address. Now on that note I have noticed that the more often I shop at CVS and the more products I buy = the more emails I get and also the more coupon offers I get. at the coupon machine in store and in my online account. (the ones in your online account you can print and occasionally they allow you to send to card) When I don’t shop for a week or 2 I won’t get as many.
2nd — if you haven’t gotten ANY AT ALL in the last 2 months than if I were you I would remove your CVS card # from your current CVS account then create another CVS account with a different email address and add your CVS card to that account.
^^^I did this so if you need help removing your card from 1 account, adding it to your new one let me know. It’s not hard but you may not know where the info is.

Thanks for your advice. I shop at CVS at least once a week or more often. Depends if I am going that way. (The closest CVS is 45 mins one way.) I log into my e-mail associated with my CVS account daily. I also, receive the daily e-mails from CVS. I’ve not received a percentage off in while nor a $5/$25. I am not sure why. I really don’t want a new card maybe if I switch e-mails maybe that would work.
