(this is not in the ad). In addition, there is a Head and Shoulders coupon in the 12/11 RP. So here is how your deal would look:
Buy (2) Head & Shoulders $3.04
use $1.00/2 coupon from 12/11 RP
Pay $2.04
Get $4.00 ECB
Even without coupons, they are free. Amanda purchased 4, but only got $6.00 in ECBs, so taking a guess that the limit is 3.

The limit is 6 and says so at bottom of receipt. And it will only print 3 per trans. So buy 3 then buy 3 more. HTH
Again some stores are marked and some aren’t some are at 50% and some at 75%. LOL!
may be a stupid question but what is the pg insert?? is that in the paper or somewhere online?
Thanks so much for posting this!! We are on our last bottle of H&S but I hated to pay so much for it. It couldn’t have come at a more perfect time! My store were out of the 1.57 ones but I bought one at 3.33 which wasn’t awesome but better than the sale price considering the $2 ECB. I hope to check other CVS’ after work!

My CVS has John Freida and Pantene on clearance.
I bought 8 and for every 2 I bought I got a $4 ECB for a total of $16 ECB and it said limit reached then on my receipt! What a deal! One of my CVS had them marked 75% and the other had them only at 50% ~ so if you have a couple near you, check them all!!
Mine were marked 25% off but when I checked them at the scanner its 75% off. The only two on clearance are the volumizing and the ocean breeze single ( NOT the two in one.)
Also, holy clearance, batman! The place was lit up with 75% off stickers like it was Christmas or something! Sally Hansen, Physicians formula, l’oreal, maybelline, Revlon nail polish, just to name a few. The sally hansen nail strips solid colors were all 75% off, and I’m going back in the morning armed and dangerous. (with coupons and a plan, that is.)
Wasn’t on clearance in my Los Angeles store. :( Just CVS brand is 50% off.
Thanks for the heads up! They also had tons of other deals. Dove and Herbal Essence were only $1.12 a bottle. Flipped my Xtra Bucks for more.

Hey just a heads up to everyone. My cvs didn’t have anything marked as clearance so I price check a few varieties and the “extra volume” and “ocean lift” price checked at $1.57! So remember to price check. Also the $6 ECB is still printing.
Went to 3 different stores only 1 had them on sale the blue and the purple and the blue was the only one on sale for 75% off. Thank you very much for posting this my husband has been on my butt for a month now to get H&S but I hate how much it costs. FYI I also saw Herbal essence and organix on sale for .99c and a bunch others. If you are low would be a great time to stock up.

Actally there are a couple different ones that are $1.57 (one is blue and one is purple)..
They will be clearanced out… its 1 specific one. Not sure about extra buck deal but the “hair care” Plano is due to be done by 1/16/12 so keep an eye out! And they will be in the aisles, no more clearance endcaps :-(
