Our Walmart actually paid us the overage. We walked out with 10 tubes and they paid us 60 cents. The cashier was astounded. She had never seen someone get paid to take stuff before. My hubby smiled, told her about FTM and then told her we were heading to giant to fill our tank for free.
Curious how that worked out for you; there’s a limit of 4 per transaction so, did they just forget that and take 10 or did you do multiple purchases? Also, since this is a taxable item, I’m also curious how you were able to make 60 cents?; even if your state is on the low end of tax percentage, if the toothpaste was 94 cents before tax, I still don’t get that calculation…
