    I called my local staples to ask about Manu coupons… They told me you can use them but NOT on the “special promo items like the 25c pens or the white out”… He was very specific. Said I could use on an “on sale but not a back to school deal” Bic product. Has anyone else faced this issue?

      I was told the same thing yesterday about the BIC mechanical pencils that were on special deal for $.25 last week. I left without them.
