I went tonight. No problem. I used my coupons & my rebate slip printed. Got charged .78 in tax but .39 for each ream of paper is great! $1 + tax for each ream of paper is great too.

I just went to the store and it didnt print out my rebate slips. Just an FYI make sure you get them when you buy the paper. I guess I am making a trip back to staples either to return them or get my rebate slips!

I have tried using a manufacturers coupon at staples and I was told by a manager that they do not accept coupons. I followed up with corporate and was again told they do not accept manufacturers coupons.
Has anyone ever used a non-staples coupon at staples?
autum says
@Barbara, That doesn’t sound right. I was able to use manufacturer’s coupon. I wanted to use my staples rewards too but the system wouldn’t let me so they scanned in my rewards first, leaving manufacturer coupon unscanned. But the manager was nice enough to take them all and issued me a $5 staples reward, and she took the manufacturer’s coupon.
Barbara says
@autum, Thank you for letting me know. I may try again, especially when the back to school sales roll back around.

I didnt need any special zip code. Just click on the “office Supplies” category and it should pop up there. Says Colorblok on the coupon…hard to see HP, but that is the one.
Sherrie says
It let me print the $1 coupon 4 times – that’s a first for me on coupons.com!
Mindy says
How do you do the easy rebates new to staples
Kathy says
@Mindy, the rebate slip prints at the register and you can either mail it in or do it online usually even though not all are online eligible. But I just did 2 reams of paper a few weeks ago and it was ok to submit online. The rebate slip will tell you.
amber says
when it says limit 2 is that just in one transaction? do you need a staples card for this purchase and it knows you bought 2 that way? or is it the rebate that only will allow 2? thanks-
Kathy says
@amber, It is a limit of 2 per household, and yes you can do them both in 1 transaction. No, you do not need a staples card. The rebate slip prints along with your receipt and you can enter all the rebate info online usually.

Does Staples take coupons? I never tried there.
