Trim Healthy Mama Recipe Roundup
I have been struggling to find more recipe ideas for the THM program. While the book is great and has a great foundation for recipes, you will want to start to branch out. Some yummy recipes to try:
Thai Chicken Noodle Soup – This is an easy soup to make and can be changed up as you need. If you are not familiar with Konac Noodles, you can sometimes find them in the ethnic sections of the grocery store.
Spaghetti Pie – Be sure to use Dreamfield’s pasta in this recipe to keep it THM friendly.
THM Style Chili – Looking for the ultimate comfort food -this is it!
Chicken Carbonara – Chicken, cheese and bacon, oh and pasta …. YES Please.
Shrimp Thai Pad – I am not a huge fan, but if you love shrimp – this looks great!
