With all the playoffs and the Super Bowl, this dip is bound to be a hit. It is so incredibly easy to make! Plus, with a name that includes cheese and bacon – hello!
I made this and left some on the counter while I was taking this picture. I came back and found an empty bowl. Hmm, I guess someone liked it {namely Frank}.
This literally took about 15 minutes from start to finish. Pair this with tortilla chips, veggies, cracker or even sourdough bread.

Now, you might not always have all the ingredients, so here are some tips to make it in a pinch:
- I added fresh spinach. Clean spinach, chop up and microwave 1 minute before adding to your recipe.
- If you don’t have bacon, you can always use bacon pieces (real bacon, not bacon bits)
- If you like it extra hot, add a red pepper flakes.
- Substitute low fat cream cheese if you want to take the calories down.
