Cinnamon Cheesecake Stuffed Apples Recipe
I’ve mentioned this in previous posts; I love fall. I love everything about it–the changing leaves, the cooler temps and fall cooking. My fall cooking consists of a lot of apples. I love apple season. I am always making apple pies, candy apples, caramel apples, applesauce ( love home made apple sauce!). If you are looking for something a little different to serve as a fall dessert, try our Cinnamon Cheesecake Stuffed Apples. It is full of all those fall flavors you love like apples and cinnamon and is easy to whip up. It looks beautiful too so it would make a great party dessert.
Core and hollow out the center of the apples.
Place cream cheese, egg, sugar, heavy cream, cinnamon coffee creamer, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Fill each apple approximately 3/4 way full with the cheesecake mixture and bake.
