Hey everyone! Here is a tasty, easy treat! Enjoy!
Cinnamon and White Chocolate Mix
- 1 bag of pretzels 16-18 oz. ( I like the butter snaps!)
- 4 cups of Vanilla Chex (or any flavor you want)
- 1/2 a cup of granulated sugar
- 2/3 a cup of oil
- 2 tsp. of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of vanilla
Topping:
- 12 oz. of white chocolate
- 1/2 a cup of sugar
- 1 tsp. of cinnamon
Cover two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Instructions
1. Mix sugar, oil, cinnamon, and vanilla in a small bowl.
2. Pour pretzels and chex in a large microwave safe bowl, drizzle sugar mixture over top, and mix thoroughly.
3. Microwave mixture for 1 minute, stir, and microwave for 1 more minute.
4. Spread mixture on cookie sheets.
5. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler on medium low heat. Stir constantly to keep from burning. Or melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between.
6. Drizzle melted chocolate over pretzel mix. ( don’t drool at this photo)
7. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon and sugar over the mix while the chocolate is still warm.
Even though this recipe is simple, it is delicious! Bring it to a party or give some in small containers as gifts.
