
Creamy Avocado Sauce
Here is a sauce you can feel good about. This Creamy Avocado sauce is a smoother, creamier, tangier, and lighter version of guacamole.
You can also thin out the avocado sauce so it becomes more of a sauce, which you can drizzle onto nachos and more.

Ingredients:
- 1 c. plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely minced|
- 1 t. ground cumin
- ½ t. smoked paprika
- ½ t. chili powder
- 2 T. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 3 T. fresh lime juice*
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. (*Add additional lime juice, if necessary, to reach desired consistency). Taste and adjust seasonings, to taste.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for several days. Enjoy!
