
April Fools Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
I have a great pot pie recipe to share with you. It is tasty, creamy, yummy…and perfect to serve on APRIL FOOL’s day. This tasty looking little April Fools Chicken Pot Pie Recipe looks so much like the real thing but it is really a decadent sweet treat made out of candy and fruit. This would be perfect to serve up as a special surprise dessert for your family or take into work as a special treat.
This cute little April Fools Chicken Pot Pie Recipe is super easy to make and only takes 4 ingredients. I bet you have at least a couple of them on hand already.

First, prepare the pudding according to package directions. Cut the bananas into small pieces–this will be your chicken. Cut the fruit chews into small pieces; rolling the green pieces into little balls to look like peas, and the cutting the orange pieces into square to look like carrots. Spoon the pudding into the pie shells and add some of each of the fruit pieces. Top with more of the pudding mixture.
You now have a very cute chicken pot pie dessert that will have everybody fooled–at first!

April Fool’s Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Vanilla Pudding
- 1 pkg. Graham Ready Mini Pie Crust
- Bananas
- Fruit Chews, orange and green
Directions
- Prepare pudding according to package directions.
- Cut bananas in small pieces to be used as the “chicken”.
- Cut the fruit chews into small pieces. Roll the green pieces into small balls for the “peas” and form the orange pieces into small squares for the “carrots”.
- Spoon the pudding into the pie shells until almost full and add on some of each of the “veggies” and “chicken”.
- Put a little bit more pudding on top to make it look mixed in.
- All ready to fool your friends and family!
