  1. Anna says:

The fuel for school cat. You can double-dip with this if you buy 10 items you also get the $10 OYNO cat that was printing last week at Giant/Weis. I tried it today.

I got 6 Eggo Waffles, 2 Chips Deluxe, 2 Rice Krispy Treats, 1 loaf of bread
Used 3 $1/2 Eggo coupons, 1 $2 off Bread when you buy 2 Rice Krispy Treats. Paid $17.26 got a $10 OYNO from Kelloggs and a $7 OYNO from Weis!

  2. kris says:

Will the $10 OYNO from Kelloggs print if you get enough of the poptarts? Or does it have to be the family size boxes of pop tarts?

  3. Nicole says:

Anna – impressive! I wish I would have know I would have waitied to get all my poptarts and eggos.

I went and got 24 boxes of eggos and 46 boxes of poptarts for $12.75 total!!!! I thought everyone would be doing this deal but the shelves were stocked full and my 46 didn’t even dent the stock.

Not many people understand stockpiling or buying something cheap to get something else you want (movie tickets) for free! You would not believe the looks and comments I got . An old man even told me I need to change my diet. I just smiled and say yeah.

Will we eat 46 poptarts before they expire in a year – probably not but I know people that will. BUT the reason I bought sooooooo many was – for every 5 different flavors you buy you get 1 free movie ticket. up to 5 movie tickets per person/email address.

We got 8 movie tickets. Super easy too. Just follow the instructions on the back of the poptarts box, print your movie ticket and bring it to the movie you want to see. We saw “the other guys” yesterday (not as funny as we thought it would be but it was TOTALLY free)!!! The movie tickets don’t expire until 10/2011.

So in my opinion $12.75 for 8 movie tickets is a sweeeeeeeet deal and all the poptarts and eggos were just icing on the cake!!!

  4. Nicole says:

Oh I went last week to get all these at $12.75.

  5. Alison says:

If you get 10 boxes of poptarts ($1.69 each on sale, so you’re in for $17 OOP the first run), you get the $10 OYNO from Kelloggs AND a $7 ONYO from Weis! Worked yesterday – mixed up the flavors though so not sure if it would work with all of 1 flavor.

  6. Carolyn says:

anyone know the cereal shelf prices?

  7. Bonnie in PA says:

To Kris — Yes the small boxes of poptarts work. I got 10 yesterday and both cats printed. I also got 10 boxes of Rice Krispies and used 5 of the $2 off bread coupon(in the fuel for School booklet) on the Weis brand one pound bread($.99, coupon is coded to the Rice Krispies so it doesn’t beep). I so can’t wait to go to the movies for free.

Kris posted —- Will the $10 OYNO from Kelloggs print if you get enough of the poptarts? Or does it have to be the family size boxes of pop tarts?

  8. Wendy says:

My Weis ad says you have to buy $20 worth of stuff to get $7 so how can you buy 10 poptarts at $1.69 ($16.90) and still get the $7?

  9. Ashley says:

The shelf price on the pop-tarts at my store is 2.29, making 10 boxes over $20.

The Cinnabon and Corn Flakes Cinnamon are included and there are $0.75/1 coupons on both the Kellogg’s website and Red Plum. That makes the cereal $1 (my store doubles up to $1 for 4 like coupons).

  10. Anna says:

Nicole- great idea about the movie codes- I was so excited to be getting them for free I completely forgot to make sure I was getting the boxes with the codes.

And I totally agree about the stockpiling. We are a family of 6 we go through about 2 8-count boxes of pop-tarts a week, so we will easily use 100 boxes in a year before they expire- I just need a spot to put em all! People may think I’m nuts but Pop-tarts are something I buy straight out if I don’t have enough coupons, so getting them for free is a huge deal for us.

  11. Ruth Jenkins says:

I did this deal today too and you can also get the Kellogs Frosted Cinnamon Cereal and Cinnabon cereal and there were .75 coupons in the 8/01/10 RP insert which takes $10.00 off your billl. I got the two catalinas, one for $7.00 and one for $10.00. The Weis in Gap, PA doesn’t double the coupons. Do any of the Weis in PA double the coupons?
I didn’t know the shelf price worked for these items. I will go back tomorrow.

  12. Twila says:

All the Weis Markets in my area double coupons. I got the catalinas yesterday buying cereal and pop tarts. It was a $2.00 moneymaker for me. I plan to go back this morning for another transaction.
