It is so nice seeing these types of deals. I am frustrated with the “spend so much over multiple trips” deals of late. I still do not know how much I have spent towards the Baby deal or the General Mills deal. Neither Catalina nor Weis customer service can tell me how to track the deals. From my calculations, I am over $50 for the baby deal, but I have not gotten a printout with my totals yet.

Jeff,
I am with you. I am not loving the buy over time deals – that don’t calculate anywhere. If it printed on a receipt that would be great, but this nonsense about not being able to tell what we have spent is annoying.

I finally received printouts with my totals. But, for the life of me, I cannot figure out how exactly it is tracking. For the GM deal, I have been mostly buying the bags of Green Giant sea salt potato chips and a few boxes of cereal. My total is $58.48! It has to be tracking by shelf price. My total for the Kimberly Clark/Johnsons deal is only $31.93. It does not make sense because I purchased 4 bottles of juice, a few bottles of shampoo, a large pack of wipes and a large box of diapers. The shelf price was well over $50 and even the sales price seems to be over the total it is giving me. Tonight I purchased a soft pack of diapers hoping that it would trigger the ticket with my total.
This is the last time I am doing one of these types of deals.
Sorry about the rant! I am just frustrated!

Is this correct? I’m reading that you got 3 items, it still doesn’t add up to to $25 to get the $3.99 paper towels. Am I missing something?

Hi Michele, Weis Deals are based on shelf prices. These products added up to $21.97. You need to spend $21.00 to get the $7.00 catalina offer.
HTH,
Natalie

ya im comming up with 10:48 for everything

The total before coupons is $14.48, so you use 4.00 in coupons, total is $10.48 and you get $7.00 catalina back so it is $3.48.

My store’s computers were not honoring the sale coupons for the Scott towels unless you had spent $25 AFTER coupons. The store manager did adjust them down as I had done more than the scott deal and spent $25 before coupons. I had a store coupon for $3 off toilet paper & towels, bought a wipes and after catalina spent $3.81.

Hi ladies, I think Michele was pointing out that even with shelf prices you are not reaching $25 in order to use the in-ad coupon to make the paper towels $3.99…
For the Mommas says
Sherrie,
You would have to purchase other items to get the $3.99 price on the Scotts (sorry thought that was understood with the $25 purchase requirement)… this is just outlining the Scott’s deal. So perhaps get your staples like milk, bread etc to get to the $25.00 price.

I realize that, I was just responding to your responses to Michele’s question. Hopefully I’ll finally get to Weis tomorrow!
