I thought all target coupons say “1 offer per person”, how can you use 3 Target coupons at once?
It depends on your Target. Mine lets me use 4 like coupons.

The printable Target coupons limit you to one per person, the inserts say “limit one manufacturer and one Target coupon per item. Limit of 4 identical coupons per household, per day”. This is why those Target inserts are so coveted!!
