    At the Target in Dover, DE there were no signs and it did not give a $5 Gift card when buying 10. Even asked the cashier and she checked and had nothing on it. Must be regional. Thanks

      yes Dawn, it is regional – when they are regional we always put this verbiage “Please check your store for signs as this offer is not in the ad.” If you see this in our posts, I advise not trying it in your area.
