NYC Target coupon deal will not work- I tried it today. The coupon says “coupon value may not exceed value of item purchased” on it. Cashier told me that she cannot adjust the coupon amount, and the coupon actually won’t even scan unless the item price is $1 or more.
There is a $1 Rimmel man. Q to go with the mascara deal. I used it today with the target Q for $.99 mascara!!
Yeah a lot of the up & up dryer sheets were on clearance, and the up & up hand soap had a lot of the “get 50% more” so you get the 11.25oz for $.39
Check the clearance end caps also… I was able to snag a 34-pack of Bounce dryer sheets for $.18. They were on clearance for $1.68, and I used a $1 Bounce manufacturer coupon and a $.50 off Bounce Target coupon.
