Staples: Free Backpack Update

July 25, 2010

I made it over to Staples earlier today and wanted to share a few things. Some of you had questions about how the rebate is processed. There is an actual rebate form on the receipt or you can submit online. The rebate is one per household.

They had some nice laptop backpacks that were included too. They are all priced 25% off as well.

I bought my daughter a backpack from Staple’s this morning. With the discount it was about $20. As soon as I got home I completed the rebate online. Very easy to do.

The Microsoft brand is 50% off in my store. They normally sell for about $100.

Is there any Staples $ off $ coupons right now? I want a backpack but I would have a hard time using a 70 dollar gift card.

I bought a Jansport backpack for my daughter, it was about $45 after the discount.

  6. Marie says:

The backpacks were priced at 25% to 50% off depending on the brand. I got a High Sierra at 50% off and paid $40.

Well, that 25% explains my darling husbands confusion as to why his $39.xx pack only rang up at $29.xx !!!

    Is this available online?

  9. Amber says:

So the rebate is not a check rebate you recieve in the mail, its a gift card?

I was wondering if Staples accepts Manufacturer coupons on top of their in-ad coupons. Just thought I would ask for the BIC Pens and the Scotch tape that is on sale as well this week.
