Staples has released a new 15% off coupon that is valid through March 23rd. Chuck emailed me to remind me that
this week, earn double rewards for ink/toner purchases (20% instead of 10%) plus receive $3.00 back for every ink cartridge returned.
So now is a great time to buy your ink and use your Staples rewards. There aren’t many opportunities to save on ink!

No it is part of their rewards program.
