Redners: $1.00 Kraft Cheese & $.50 Better Oats

September 2, 2010

I headed to go to Giant to use the $5.00 off 5 Kraft Cheese coupon and heard that many people were having problems, so I decided to try Redners. They gave me no problem and said they accept coupons from the internet up to $5.00.

$1.00 each after coupon

While I was there I spotted Better Oats – I know some of you have been having trouble finding it to redeem your free coupon.

Redner’s regularly scheduled deals will be back next week. I didn’t get the ad until today – I wish Redners would put it back in my newspaper!

I just got back from Giant and had no problem with the $5 coupons taken off. I actually purchased 15 shredded cheese and 2 of the Nabisco 100 cal packs. The total was $41.50 less the $5×2 for $20 or more purchase promo and then less $15 in coupons (cheese) and $1/2 packs for the 100 cal packs = $15.50 for everything!!! Woo hoo!!! Great deals.

Also the Deer park Aquapods are at Giant for $1 and there was a coupon for $1.50/2, so .50 cents for a pack of 8. They will go great in my son’s lunch box. :) I saved over 50% at Giant today.

I will have to give Redner’s another try when it comes to internet coupons. The last time I tried to redeem an internet coupon, the cashier had another clerk take it to customer service to have it verified. This took 5 whole minutes and while waiting the clerk kept telling me how internet coupons are fraudulant. They really made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Of course, my coupon was denied. This was 4 months ago so maybe they’ve changed their tune especially since a new Giant opened up right across the street.

kadywood—-totally had that same problem at Walmart with a coupon a month or so back. They took the coupon but made me feel like a criminal before doing so.

Just tried the kraft coupon at giant eagle in western pa. They refused it saying they only accept internet coupons up to $3. I know that wasn’t true earlier this summer, as they took a $5 or maybe it was even $10 off a dvd coupon I had printed off of Disney. Whatever! Guess I’ll be trying another store….
