I just got an email saying that Kmart will be having double coupons 07/25-07/31. Each time these emails get a little more depressing. Now they are only doubling to $.99. At that point, their prices are higher than grocery stores. I would rather go to Giant or Acme. In addition, still only 5 per day. You must present your Shop Your Way Rewards Member number at time of purchase and coupon.
So, needless to say Kmart’s Doubles are not really that exciting if you have stores that double to $.99. You can see if your store is participating here.

Yeah not a biggie w/ it only being .99. Harris Teeter is better in that they do that every day and about every 4-6 wks have one week of tripling up to .99 and then doubling up to 1.98 on another week.
My keychain doesn’t have any room for another rewards card.;) No Kmart doubles for me!

I won’t be shopping at K-Mart. Kroger doubles up to $.99 everyday and unlimited coupons so why bother with K-Mart?
I’ll be shopping for a few things. We don’t have any other stores that double coupons in the central Iowa area so Kmart’s double are better than nothing.
I’m opting out this time….and for good, if they continue the .99 doubles. Not worth my gas or time since their prices are outrageous to begin with…
kmart is disappointing.. they are high priced.. cashiers are rude 99.9% of the time. the stores are filthy in my area. not my cup of tea.. so no doubles fo rme.. espeially when price chopper doubles up to .99 everyday!
I will probably check it out if there is any free stuff and if I’m around any of their stores. It is definitely a let down, the grocery stores and Target have much better deal with less aggravation and attitude from the cashiers.
No TN stores at all. Oh, well.
The only way this might be worth it is by matching with the clearance racks. (This is for grocery coupons too?) My Kmart has some good stuff on the clearance quite a bit.
I really don’t understand why the cashiers are so rude and since a lot of people say the same thing, it is not a regional problem here in PA. I’m amazed that some people are allowed to work in customer service. I never got to Kmart unless they are having double coupons, I would never shop there as a regular full price paying customer. Not sure if the cashiers realize that they put their job in jeopardy every time they decide to be rude to customers.
I have one “trainer” be very rude to me recently at Target, she wouldn’t let me talk, kept showing me her name tag defying me to report her to corporate which I did. I caught her talking about me and the use of coupons while I was still in the store after I went through the checkout. It baffles me how big corporations can tolerate bad behavior from employees when they are so many people out there without a job.
Kmart in my area like walmart are way over priced on stuff. My stores only double to .50 but have lowes normal prices. Not to mention the last couple doubles events i’ve had to deal with rude managers and cashiers and then was told kmart doesn’t take any printables even the ones on their website. This is even though there are signs up in my kmart saying they do. Just not worth my time with only .99 cents. Most coupons I get here are either .50 .55 or 1.00.
No TN stores included, so I don’t have to worry about it this time, but the only coupon I even have that might be a good one is an ip for .60/1 Dr Pepper!! If Kmart were doing doubles here this time, with it being only up to .99, I definitely would not be going. I have great success with my local RA & CVS, so no need! I am one of the lucky ones, though, with few exceptions, I have the sweetest Kmart mgmt & cashiers anywhere!!
Yes, here in CA most of the cashiers and managers are rude at Kmart. I don’t know how they survive.
