I called my store yesterday (that ALWAYS participates in doubles) and they knew nothing about it. Bummer!
Devon, I would check in your store (with a cashier) to see if the coupons are doubling. I called and asked my store and she said they weren’t; then I went to the store and asked a cashier, she said yes, all coupons have been doubling!

Ok so with me it was strange nothing at all said anything about it only being P&G including 6 different emails from Kmart or the circular. However I got to Kmart this morning to find out after working all week that in the Detroit area its only P&G. I was told by a manager that the decision was made midway through the week and he couldn’t explain to me why they had up and changed the rules without notice to anybody including the newspaper. It appeared there were several other people upset as well.
It was not advertised in this week’s ad, but when I walked in the store, there was a small 8.5 X 11″ sign on the greeting table stating double coupon week. The rules were the same as last time (not limited to P & G). Good luck
