  1. Danielle says:

I did this deal today at the Giant in Pottstown and got the $6.00 off but the Catalina didn’t print. So the cashier told me to go to Customer Service and the gave me $4.50 in cash.

  2. Matt says:

Anyone know if you can get 1/2 gal of organic milk for free with the catalina?

    • Tracey says:

I have done this in the past with the milk catalinas with no problem. We use the 1/2 gallon Stoneyfield organic milk.

    • MissyLiz says:

Ask at customer service. My older son only drinks soy milk so I asked them if I could buy 2 1/2 gallons, use the coupon and pay the difference. The coupon scanned for the full $4.50 with no probs.

  3. Tracy Y says:

Thank you so much!!! Did the deal 3 times so far – LOVE THIS DEAL! I would have missed it in the ad if I hadnt seen it here! :)

  4. Blondie says:

I saw something at my store that said this deal was valid 6/19 – 6/25. I wasn’t prepared to do the deal today so I may ask them on Friday before I try it. I can always use a free milk coupon and my cereal is getting low.

  5. Kimberly says:

New to this and enjoy the savings! I just bought 24 boxes of cereal for $9 ($71 spent – $36 back instantly – $26 value in milk coupons) I had no problems doing this and even turned around and bought 3 gallons of milk right away.

  6. RuE says:

I repeated the deal with Cheerios, Clifford Crunch, Reese’s Puffs, and Fiber One. I couldn’t find Fiber One 80 cereal so I had to substitute with the Cheerios that I didn’t have a coupon for. Forgot my binder. :(

I got my six bucks instant savings, but it didn’t print my milk Catalina. Possibly because I was redeeming my catalina from my first cereal deal? The cashier just said “here, I’ll give you this one (my milk cat) back.” I hope it scans twice. If it doesn’t, oh well. I got cheap cereal, anyway.

  7. Angela says:

This site has a .85 off coupon for Fiber One. I don’t have any good coupons. It sure would be nice if my Giant was doubling for the Casadian Farms cereal.

  8. Ruth Jenkins says:

The Giant Double coupon policy states, “We have the right to limit (1) double per same coupon per day”, Is this something new or was this always in their coupon policy? If so, that is kind of scary, if managers start enforcing it, it will be much harder to shop at Giant.

    • Shannon says:

      Ruth,

They have always only doubled one like coupon. They accept multiples, but just wont double them.

  9. Kristen G says:

Has anyone seen the $1/2 coupons on clipping service websites? I’ve been looking around and cannot find them! I’d really like to stock up this week, but only have 1 coupon!

  10. Francie says:

I did this in two transactions. The first time my Catalina for the milk didn’t print. The manager said my amount was too low and just handed me a coupon my sister got and used on her second transaction. The next one included some meat and it printed out just fine.
Is the Scott’s Catalina deal on shelf tags? I started to try it but didn’t see tags.

  11. Julie says:

I was at Giant tonight, and went to do this deal. I found Cookie Crisp Confetti Crisp being discontinued for $2.07. “Score!” I thought. “4 boxes would be $8.28! Minus $6 automatically and $1 for each coupon {was going to use 2}, it would mean 4 boxes of cereal and a gallon of milk for $0.28!!”.. THAN I read the fine print. Excludes discontinued products. Ohhhh the heartache. I did walk out with 4 boxes (and my milk catalina) for $4 though, so still a good night :)

    • Leslie says:

I just bought 4 boxes of Wheaties Fuel that were discontinued and got the $6 and the milk catalina. The Fuel was priced at $2.67 each. Total for 4 boxes after instant savings and (4) $1/1 coupons from the Wheaties site (2 computers) was $.68.

    • Melissa says:

I bought 4 boxes of the confetti cookie crisp last night & it gave me $6 off and the milk coupon! Give it a try!

  12. Bonnie says:

Check your boxes of Cascadian Farms for coupons on the back, there are boxes with $1.50 off produce, plus two other CF coupons on them. Free produce in addition to the cereal and milk, yeah!

  13. Erin says:

I did the deal tonight and got the $6 off, but no milk catalina. When I went to customer service, they gave me $4.50 in cash. Since I typically get the Giant brand milk, I ended up making over a dollar on the milk!

  14. Tara says:

Did the deal twice today – got 1 box of Cheerios (used .60/1), 1 box of Fiber One (used .75/1) and 2 boxes of Lucky Charms (used 1.00/2) in each transaction. I paid 3.90 and got the 4.50 milk catalina – what a great deal! I think I may go back later in the week and do it again – thank you!

  15. Heidi says:

Can you do this offer more than once in the same transaction?

  16. Cindy says:

Check the Giant website for a $1.00 eCoupon on Honey Nut Cheerios!

  17. Samantha C says:

Did this deal 2x on Sunday. No shelf tags anywhere. I picked up Reese’s Puffs used $.50/1 printable (not sure if it’s still avail) and Cheerios used $.50/1. Also picked up Fiber One with the $.75/1. Paid $2.73 for 4 boxes of cereal and a gallon of milk. Explained the deal to my husband like this….”You can’t even buy 1 gallon of milk for that price.”

  18. Robin says:

I went to Giant today and got 3 boxes of GM cereal and 1 box of Cascadian Farms and didn’t get the $6 off or the catalina. The add says “Buy any 4″ which makes me think that I could mix and match any 4 to get the deal. I wasn’t able to go to customer service to ask yet. What are your thoughts? Do you have to get 4 of the same brand?

    • Shannon says:

      Robin,

Nope you dont have to buy the same types. Just make sure you

      1. Bought the right brand (I know it sounds stupid, but sometimes people get mixed up)
      2. Bought the right sizes.

      Shannon

      • Robin says:

Thanks, Shannon. I went back to Giant today, and everything I got was correct. The manager ended up giving me $10.50 in cash, which was nice. I did notice, though, that none of the shelves were marked for the Cascadian Farms cereal at the store.

  19. Kate says:

I was actually in 3 different Giants in PA yesterday(road trip) and stopped in each specifically for this deal. NONE of them had it on the shelf tags, but the discounts and the catalinas printed out in each one. Although I check this cereal every time I go to the store(my kids LOVE Cascadian cereals), I wouldn’t have known about it if it hadn’t been listed here since we get our newspaper online. THANK YOU!

    • Shannon says:

It is a great deal for Cascadian cereals. Evan loves the cinnamon squares!

      • Kate says:

Ha – that’s why I had to go to 3 different stores – the first two didn’t have any of the cinnamon squares – one didn’t even carry them! There was no way I was letting this offer pass without getting any of them. :)

  20. Jen says:

    Or
    Buy 8 x $2.99 = 23.92
    -$4 ($1/2)
    -$4 (double dollars)
    -$12 Instant
Total OOP would be $3.92 and get 2 FREE milk cats.

    :)

  21. Sarah says:

    Is the Walgreens?

  22. liz says:

can we do this more than one time as long as it is in a separate transaction?
