I have gas points, not instant savings but, here’s an idea:
Buy Gillette shave gels- $3.98
Buy 2 Gillette Body Washes (my gas points ad says Old Spice, but at the store the Gillette washes were also tagged as part of the sale and it worked for me) $7.38
Use 2 Buy 1 Gillette shave prep coupon get 1 body wash free (PG insert, not sure which week), takes off 7.38
Pay 3.98 and get 20cents off gas (which will save me around $4)
Never mind, just delete my post. It finally hit me that you were speaking about stores that do not have the gas rewards.

How you are you getting the $3.00 in instant savings? I’ve looked and looked, both on the link posted above and in the Giant circular. I simply am not seeing anything about it anywhere.
