my Giants are having the GE CFL light bulbs for $1! I just got 10 of them for tax!!
The self check out is my friend when it comes to couponing. It doesn’t read “do not double”, but will still only double the first of like coupons… yes, I do separate transactions. I did 4 of the Keebler deals last week. I also use 2 coupons on BOGO. The BOGO doesn’t come off until after coupons on used, at least on the self check out.
I bought 4 Ragus and out popped a $2 catalina!

Yeah but unfortunately most stores have a different doubling policy on what amounts they double and how many like coupons they will take.
Kristin- I think that might have been an issue with the cashier. My Giants will take a coupon for each item of a BOGO. As for a coupon policy, I emailed Giant about this a while back because I shop at a couple different Giants and noticed that they seemed to be doing things differently. They confirmed that the 2 stores closest to me do in fact have different coupon policies….

Giant pretty much stinks. But where I am its Giant, Giant, Giant, Redner’s or a teeny tiny Weis that doesn’t carry a whole lot so I end up at Giant. It drives me crazy that they only double one like coupon per transaction and that different stores double up to different amounts, especially when the stores are only like 3-4 miles apart!
I think it is RIDICULOUS they only double the first identical coupon, when their ad says they double all coupons up to .50! To get around this, I will separate my items into different transactions – I don’t care if this is a pain for them, because their policy is a pain to me.
I will ask my local Giant for a copy or to see their particular store policy regarding coupons. (I’m in Allentown, PA)

I don’t know if they will let you or not, but in the Giant Thank You coupon book that they gave out a week or two ago, there is a $1.25 Ragu coupon, but you also have to buy a box of Giant pasta, but I think it’s still a good deal!
Does anyone have luck with using two coupons on BOGO at Giant? No luck here! Do they have an official coupon policy?
