Got back $10 with catalina deals (General Mills and Johnson and Johnson)

$.55 off chex mix, 2 .50 chex mix, 3 $.50 off cheerios mix, 2 $1.00 off 2 pastas and $2.00 off Edy’s Dibs. I also used the 10.00 I got from the previous transaction.
The total was 23.21
And I got $4.00 back for Edy’s and $5.00 back for General Mills!!

So here’s why I love Acme:
I got all this for just $14.67 – it took multiple transactions and a great cashier named John, but it worked! I am loving the General Mills catalina!
Yes that is alot of brownies, however, I will be making and donating the brownies to the school bakesale. I don’t like brownies, so there is no chance of me stuffing my face full of them.
On the other hand, the yogurt will be gone far too fast. I eat 2-3 a day and my son takes one for lunch everyday. They are only 50 calories and full of fiber, so I figure its better than, well brownies! Also, I was running low on frozen veggies so I love a stock up opportunity.

Last night I went to Acme one last time for the week to use up some coupons, I did 2 transactions:
5 boxes of Total Cereal
6 boxes brownie mix
4 Green Giant vegetables
Total: $.70 OOP after coupons and rolling $5 GM cat
2nd transaction:
3 boxes Total
4 boxes brownie mix
6 bags of Cheerios mix
2 bag of Chex mix
Total: $1.21 oop after coupons and $5 cat
Grand Total: $1.91 for all of that stuff! Plus got 2 $5 catalinas for next time! It blows my mind! I literally spent less than $20 at Acme this week doing all these deals and I got so much stuff! ACME ROCKS!
That’s why there were no brownies and cheerios snack mix left for me. LOL – Just kidding. I had two more deals worked out but stuff was sold out.

some of this is for a retreat next weekend…my family will not eat this many brownies or marshmallows and I’ll actually be get some of the money back for the brownies & marshmallows so I’m pretty happy!

There is this cute kid at my store, he’s about 17 and he loves when I come through his line. He knows I always make him laugh so he doesn’t mind it. He works the same day like clockwork, so when I get in his line he starts giggling every time.

I wish it was near .. Its in Exton, but worth the drive because I go to Target, Kmart, Acme, Genuardis and Giant in one trip.
LOL Nahh– my main reason- I do 99.9% of my shopping with an almost 1 year old.
She’s so well behaved, but the quicker I can get out of the store, the better. 
I wish you lived closer- it would be fun to leave her home with DH and hit the stores with someone who enjoys couponing as much as me (maybe even more!)
