Just came from the Acme in Limerick, PA (on Ridge), and they wouldn’t accept the Kraft $5 printable coupon…their policy (which I did see in writing at the store) states they do not accept internet coupons for $5.00 and over. So I returned the cheese, but had already rolled the catalina from it over to the Cool Whip. Cool Whip became free, and still had the extra $5 catalina for the next purchase.

Sorry that you werent able to do it, but the store I went to said that they will take them up to $5.00 but not $5.01, i believe another reader was able to do it as well. There has been the same issue at Giant, where they say the accept coupons up to $5.00, some store treat the $5.00 as part of it and $5.01 as not.
I just came back from Acme. I did the OM hot dog deal and the Cool Whip deal in two separate transactions with no problem. Included in the hot dog deal are the premium hot dogs which I like to get for my kids since they do not have nitrates in them. I use to have to go to Trader Joe’s to get nitrate free hot dogs before I discovered Oscar Mayers has them. I’ve got my whole family printing this coupon out for me so I can go back and get more!
I just did this deal at ACME, and it worked with no problems! HOwever, after reading the posts here, I first took the coupon to Customer Service to make sure I could use it! I hate going thru all the trouble to purchase items, waiting in line, just to find out I can’t use a coupon!
But it did work! I purchased 5 cool whips, and 5 cheeses!
I have 2 separate $5 catalinas.
And I plan to use both to buy
4 packages of keebler cookies (there is a keebler cookie $1 printable)
and 6 boxes of cinnabon bars (use the $1 coupon or $.55 coupon which should double)
your OOP should be $2, and you will get another $10 cat!
I will then use that $10 cat. to buy 5 bottles of Kraft salad dressing (use the .50 coupon) it should double, a few cases of capri suns, goya rice, and pay absolutely nothing!!! I will still get a $5 cat!!!!
So, total OOP should be $13.45, while receiving $25 in catalinas!!
HOPEFULLY THIS WILL ALL WORK OUT AS PLANNED!!!!! CROSS YOUR FINGERS!!! I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED!
I have been loving this deal and have done 6 transactions with it already. I bought 4 hot dogs with 2 coupons and a cool whip and the total came to $5 and I got $5 back!! Free hot dogs which will be great for camping next weekend! Thanks for all you do
