U.K. regulations briefly required vehicles first used on or after 1 April 1987 to be equipped with a dim-dip device or special running lamps, except such vehicles as comply fully with ECE Regulation 48 regarding installation of lighting equipment. A dim-dip device operates the low beam headlamps (called "dipped beam" in the UK) at between 10% and 20% of normal low-beam intensity. The automotive lamps permitted as an alternative to dim-dip were required to emit at least 200 candela straight ahead, and no more than 800 candela in any direction. In practice, most vehicles were equipped with the dim-dip option rather than the running lamps. The dim-dip systems were not intended for daytime use as DRLs. Rather, they operated if the engine was running and the driver switched on the parking lamps (called "sidelights" in the UK). Dim-dip was intended to provide a nighttime "town beam" with intensity between that of the auto lamps commonly chi flat iron used at the time by British drivers in city traffic after dark, and dipped (low) beams; the former were considered insufficiently intense to provide improved conspicuity in conditions requiring it, while the latter were considered too glaring for safe use in built-up areas. i’ve already tried this deal and it DOESN’T WORK!! When I entered my reciepts for the rebate they didn’t show up as part of the visa rebate at all. My other products showed up, but not the pampers. I am VERY disappointed.

Maybe someone can help me understand how the SCR work? I have never used Rite Aid’s SCR before. If you do different transactions to use the $5/20 coupons for Pampers, will you be able to get the $35 rebate? I was thinking you could only submit one receipt for the rebate. Thanks for your help!

I don’t mean to be a bummer, but if I print 5 copies of a coupon that has my name on it & the video rules state that I am only allowed to do this once a month, aren’t they going to get wise to this and not do any more promos like this? I don’t want to ruin a good thing…

I don’t know if anyone else realized this but the math is wrong (in a good way):
T#1 ends up being 15.98 OOP
T#2 ends up being 15.98 OOP
T#3 ends up being 22.97 OOP
T#4 ends up being 19.98 OOP

So a total of $74.91 OOP (not 88.89)
Get back $10.00 Olay Rebate
Get back $15.00 Olay Rebate
Get back $2.00 Always SCR
Get back $35.00 Gift Card
Grand Total OOP $12.91

For four packs of diapers and lots of good Olay products I think this is awesome!

I do multiple transactions all the time at Rite Aid. But I go when it opens at 8 and there is usually no one else there. Also the lady knows me and is always willing to help me out. When they had the prell shampoo deal, I wanted to buy 5 which would put my total to 25 so I could use the 5/25 coupon. However they were all sold out. She let me buy them (so I paid the same OOP if I hadn’t bought them or used the coupon) and then kept them behind the counter when they restocked for me! She is awesome!

I tried to do two transactions so I could use 2 $5 off coupons at our local Rite Aid and was refused today. It was irritating, but I’m new enough at this that I wasn’t sure if I could push it or not. I ended up going to another Rite Aid and purchased some of the stuff on my list.

Do any of you have luck doing more than one transaction per visit? Or was that unrealistic of me to try?

Does the $20 that you have to get to for the $5-off-$20 coupon include tax? I was just wondering… Because if the Pampers are only $19.99, then I didn’t know if you would have to spend a little more on a small item to use the coupon like you would have to at Walgreens???

Ok, I think I have the same question as a few of the gals above. I see how to get the $5/25, and how to print that multiple times. But the Video Values $5/20? I logged into Video Values, watched the first clip, earned 2 points. I’m wondering, when I get to 20 points, can I print multiple copies of the $5/20? Or do you need to end up watching bazillions of videos to get multiple copies of the $5/20?
