   I sent this and it was returned because it didn’t have a physical address. Mail is not delivered here and I would not receive the refund with my address only on it. Your address is a P.O. Box. I’m not happy to have to spend ninety cents to get my refund. How can I get it since mail is only delivered to a box in this town?

   Buyer beware! I participated in another recent Lysol wipes rebate program, and received a check in the mail today for $.89. They deducted the RiteAid Wellness coupon I used. What gives them the right to take the reward I earned for the purchase of another product???? I called the company directly, and got no where with the customer service people. The funny thing is, they told me if I had purchased something else too, they would not have deducted the coupon, but would have used it toward the other item. So how can the purchase price of a product change, based on whether I bought another product, too? They certainly aren’t getting my business any longer!!!

   I have been trying repeatedly to download your rebate form unsuccessfully. Why make an offer that is impossible to get.
