Could you please tell me how to fix the problem with the smart source printer? It will go all the way to the point telling me so make sure printer is on and they are being sent, but nothing prints. I know there are alot of problems with this site and printing, but don’t know the fix.

What browser are you using? I find that I Google Chrome works best for me with Smartsource. Have you tried that yet?
I also use Safari and seem to have less printing problems.

Summer: sometimes i’ve had that same problem. I don’t know the true fix, but usually if i hit the back button and “resend” then the coupon will print.
