Today is the day of returns!
Here are a few return policies incase you need them:
Target (from Target.com)
A receipt dated within 90 days is required for all returns and exchanges.
All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. A form of personal identification may be required.Some items cannot be returned if opened, including music, movies, video games, software and collectibles. Other restrictions may apply.
Store refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase:
Credit Card Purchases: Your refund will be credited to the original credit card.
Gift Recipients: If your return is made with a gift receipt, your refund will be issued as a Target GiftCard good for purchases made at Target stores and on Target.com.
Check Purchases: Your refund may be issued in the form of cash or a Target GiftCard good for purchases made at Target stores and on Target.com.
Don’t have your receipt? In most instances, Target stores can verify purchases made on a credit/debit card, check or GiftCard using our Refund Look-up system.
Target does allow a limited amount of no receipt refunds or exchanges for guests that don’t have a recieipt.
Restocking Fees: Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, including camcorders, digital cameras, portable DVD players and portable electronics.
Discounts and Promotions: The refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount.
Holiday and Seasonal Merchandise Refunds: Holiday and seasonal merchandise on clearance at the time of return will be refunded at the current clearance price.
Walmart (from Walmart.com)
Most store items can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 90 days of purchase. Visit walmartstores.com to see exceptions for electronic and regulated items.
Walmart’s No Receipt policy applies to items returned in a store only. You have the option of a cash refund (for purchases under $25), a Gift Card for the amount of the purchase (for purchases over $25), a credit to your credit card or an even exchange for the product. We also follow any manufacturer’s warranties. You can make up to three No Receipt returns within a 45 day period. An item must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.
Toys R Us (from Toys R Us.com)
Toys”R”Us will gladly accept returns made within 90 days of the purchase date for most items. Items excluded from this policy are video games, accessories, and systems; computer software, VHS cassettes; DVDs; music; electronics; radio-control items; trading cards; collectibles; consumer electronics and select wheels and outdoor equipment/items. See below for our return policy for the items listed above when accompanied by a receipt.
Be sure to bring your dated purchase receipt.
Receipts will help us process your return quickly and fairly. For your convenience, we also offer gift receipts. We will not accept any returns or exchanges without a receipt. Please keep all packaging and accessories.
Please bring all original packaging, accessories, and instruction manuals that came with the item you are returning back to the store.
Please return items within the appropriate time period.
We will be happy to exchange items within 90 days from the date of purchase, or offer you a refund in the form of merchandise credit as long as the items are accompanied by a dated receipt.
