If you are looking for some last minute inexpensive Christmas ideas for teachers, Sunday school teachers, neighbors, etc, this is a simple idea.
I purchased:
- 1 Rolling Pin $2.50 (Target $1.00 Spot)
- 1 (5) Pack Cookie Cutters $1.00 (Dollar Store)
- 1 (2) Pack Christmas Towels $1.00 (Dollar Store)
- 1 Basket $1.00 (Dollar Store)
- 1 Cookie Dough with coupon $1.00
Total $6.50
I just put in the basket with tissue paper under neath to prop everything up.
I did a second basket with the identical items and added $1.00 Christmas Spatulas and shrink wrapped it.
This is a great last minute gift or for someone who just want to get a “little something” for.
Note: If you use a hair dryer to shrink wrap your baskets, don’t put the hair dryer close to the shrink wrap. It will catch on fire, not that I know or anything.
If you have a friend who loves movies, check out this super cool gift idea for under $20.00.

they look great!! I gave the teachers a whisk, turner and spoon with a loaf of Challah and a note that said “Happy Challah-French-Toast-idays!”
What a great idea and it looks fabulous!
Making all of my gift baskets today (yikes, what brand of shrink wrap combusts like that?). Hope you are enjoying your snow day…for once the Lehigh Valley got less than Philly (this though does not make it easy to go get my shrink wrap, etc.).
frugal but impressive idea! How jealous am I since I can only make some simple ecards with PowerPoint and PPT to Flash converters.
