I don’t know much about cars (ok, I don’t know anything), but this sounds likes a good deal. Purchase 5 quarts of Pennzoil Motor Oil and get back up to $15.00. (Stupid question for those of you who might know, about how much oil does a car take ?)

Walmart has the 5 quart on sale for $20! I bought one last night that had a rebate offer on it for a $15 walmart giftcard. Not sure which rebate I should do..
A typical vehicle requires 4-5 quarts of oil. It is good to have a quart or two lying about the house, just in case one has to add oil between changes. But…this also opens another can of worms, because if your car requires a lot of oil between changes, either there is a leak, or it is burning oil internally. Nothing good can come from that.
Check your fluids weekly, and have your oil changed every 3k miles.
Am I a mechanic? No. Just lots of experience, good and bad, with cars !!
As for the deal, I am looking for one of the auto parts stores to put it on sale, then I will buy, just like I do with this couponing thing !

I am impressed. So, if you do an oil change, you would be purchasing about 4-5 quarts anyway! Good to know. I won’t tell you how long I went with my last oil change.
Good point that oil is just another item we need to buy, like Toothbrushes, so we should do the exact same thing when it comes to couponing!
