I need to lose a few lbs many lbs. I cut out my $65.oo a month gym membership to help keep within our monthly budget. Within a few weeks, I had gained 2 lbs. That’s a problem. I cannot afford to gain an ounce and I literally mean an ounce. So after some recommendations, I decided to check out The Shredwith Jillian Michaels. I am not sure why they call it the Shred, maybe because it shreds you of all your dignity and self worth as Jillian kicks the crap out of you! Ok, ok, that might be a little harsh, but this workout makes you sweat. I think it is actually **better** than the workout at the gym and I haven’t even ventured to level 2 yet.
I got it for $8.99 on Amazon.com. So by combining this with a walk a few days a week, I think I can live without the gym membership. I will admit its harder to do it at home than I thought. But, I am saving $65.00 a month, which can be used elsewhere. A walk around the neighborhood right now is great. I was thinking that I may have to go back to the gym when it gets cold, gotta love these Pennsylvania winters. Fortunately, I didn’t sign a long term contract and probably can sign up when they are running a promotion in the winter.
How are you keeping your exercise costs within your budget?

I haven’t had much time to drive to the gym so a friend/co-worker recommended me this DVD. I enjoy it and I still have not reached to level 2.
P.S. Keep it up
