Are they $.10 each @ select stores only? I ordered mine online, picked them up @ the store and paid 19 cents each. When I asked about it the woman said it wasn’t advertised in their flyer.
Does anyone else run into the problem of them limiting you to using only one coupon? I thought you could use up to four target coupons?
Because of Target, I no longer pay for printed photos! Yay! I also don’t bother getting photo paper anymore even if it’s free because I don’t see the point of wasting my ink when Target can do it for me. Thanks for posting!
