I was able to activate my free membership, but I am a bit bummed because I just purchase a membership through the Living Social Deal recently (that I haven’t activated yet). Anyone else in the same situation. Any ideas on how to maximize the benefit of having purchased the one through Living Social (for new members only) and this free one that I have now? And I need to activate the Living Social one by 12/31 if I want $20 of the $30 purchase price refunded in a gift card.

you don’t have to put in the credit card info, but I imagine its for when the free trial is over to make the “transition” to paying member easier? I got this when it was offered through drugstore.com and I love it! I have to say I thought how absurd to pay for such a service but I have already (in a month or two) paid for the cost of membership in my savings. We will see next year
