Thank you for the heads up. I need a lot more information before I send in the rebate. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. This is my second attempt for an email message. I was so excited to try Neosporian again. So far I’m questioning my purchase. Companies set up offers like this to attract new customers. It seems like this is turning people away – making enemis for Johnson and Johnson. They sould perhaps rethink their policy. I am hoping it all gets wrked out.

I only got 1 cent back, I wound not of bought it if the rebate said to try it for free. I paid $12 and used a coupon. I think I should of at least got what I paid back since it said it was a rebate upto $15. I am really mad and can’t even return since I cut the upc.

i bought trial pack using UP rewards from Rite aid and surprisingly I received only $0.59 check.

I called customer service mentioned above and I was told that they will send difference. I would definitely recommend calling them for those who received their partial refund.

Hi! I received my rebate check this weekend. I was very disappointed when I opened the envelope and saw it was for only $3.29. The trial pack at CVS is $14.29. I used the $3/1 Neosporin Trial Pack coupon, $2.00 ECB and $6.00 ECB. I just learned a hard lesson to never use ECB on rebates. I lost $8.00! Could you provide me a customer service contact number for this rebate? I am hoping to remedy this problem. Thank you so much!

  Call 1-800-223-0182, (Neosporin, Question). The rep will take your info. Let them know you use the ECBS to purchase in addition w/ their Neosporin coupon from their website. Hope you will receive the full reimbursement.

Hey Shannon and Nat! If you go on http://www.neosporinessentials.com, there is a $5.00 coupon on the Trial Pack! I don’t know, however, if they give you back the full amount before or the amount you paid after using the $5.00 off coupon.

      There are two coupons on that page. The top one is for $3, the bottom one is for $5. I just printed out both (didn’t see the bottom one until I was double checking after printing a $3 coupon).

Unless the rebate is specific to Wags, these are also on sale at CVS starting 3/18 for $12.
