          Maybe try adding it again, you should get a little pop up box saying that it has been added.

      Go in and pretend you are going to purchase a song. Under the right side of the screen where the “buy song” button is, there is a link to click to view promo amounts and gift card amounts. If you click that, you should see it listed there. Along with any other money that is in your amazon account.
