Umm hello! A new Hazelnut spread! Can anyone guess why I might be excited?
The makers of Jif recently launched two delicious new hazelnut spreads – Jif Chocolate Flavored Hazelnut Spread and Jif Mocha Cappuccino Flavored Hazelnut Spread. Both varieties offer a new way to spread the love and make anything – and any moment – just a little sweeter.
Jif Hazelnut Spreads can be enjoyed on a slice of whole wheat toast, with a favorite fruit or dessert or even by the spoonful. Here are a few ways to enjoy your snack, dessert, or beverage.
- Add to S’mores instead of chocolate bars for a treat
- Use as a quick icing for brownies or cupcakes
- Spread on top of waffles or pancakes
- Spread on top of pre cooked pizza dough and add slices of strawberries, bananas, or sliced fruit for a new twist on fruit pizza
- Add to coffee or a milkshake for a unique twist on your favorite beverage

I’d LOVE to try the chocolate version. I’m currently baking baby #4. I have been having trouble satisfying my sweet tooth without feeling icky afterwards. Topping apples or using it as a base for fruit pizza sounds like a great way to get some good and good-for-you at the same time:)
Well personally I would like to try the mocha cappuccino but I would get th chocolate first so my 6 years old twins could try it. I would like to try making the chocolate hazelnut frui pizza because the kid love to help in the kitchen and this not only seems like something they would like but also something we can make together!

Sounds incredible.
I’m already addicted to Nutella mixed with Jiff peanut butter. Money is tight, and I purchase mostly generic products, but Jiff p.b. is the one thing we cannot do without. I’m quite familiar with the Jiff recipe site, but have been looking around for new recipes using the new Chocolate Hazelnut spread. Several very yummy looking recipes. Hopefully this will be less expensive than Nutella.
