Dunkin Donuts has introduced a DDSMART line of better-for-you menu items. This month, at participating Dunkin Donuts restaurants introduced the Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich.
The sandwich, which is less than 400 calories, features a pepper fried egg, turkey sausage patty and a slice of reduced fat cheddar cheese, served on an oven-toasted English Muffin. The Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich joins other delicious DDSMART items this month, such as fresh Oatmeal with dried fruit, Egg White Flatbread Sandwiches and Wake-Up Wraps, coffee and espresso beverages, teas and a Coolatta with skim milk.
Dunkin Donuts mGifts are part of the Dunkin’ Donuts mobile app, which allows users to instantly gift any amount from $2 to $100 via text message, email or Facebook.

I love the Egg and Cheese on English Muffins. They are delicious!! I also love the Egg and Cheese on Croissants, but I don’t think those will make it to the menu!!!

I take my son for donut dates before school occasionally as a reward for doing well. Last time I had the turkey sausage sandwich and really liked it :-) I’m so glad they have healthy options that taste so good!
