Got it! Being an early riser has it’s benefits.
I just tried and still couldn’t get thru!
I sat around my computer almost all day long even into the early morning hours and the website kept saying the same thing to me as it did yesterday. I tried right now and it says the promotion is over- what a bunch of crap. I’m not usually one to complain about not getting a free item and that’s not the point I’m trying to make- its just irritating when you try and try and try and even get told by reps to try again the next day and then you do and get told the promotion is over.
I just now got mine! I’ve been trying non stop since this was posted! Thanks!
I feel the same way. I even called their Customer Service yesterday afternoon. They couldn’t order it for me.
What kills me is I would get most way thru the process, then get the customer service number page.
A very frustrating ordeal.
I just got one with no problems. Literally went through all 4 steps on about 30 secs. Much better than this morning and yesterday where I kept getting stuck at step 2 after a few minutes and then getting the error message!
I tried all day yesterday to no avail but just tried now and it took all of 30 seconds!
