I first came to comment that this offer is good for any artscow customers, not just new ones, but I wanted to put in a good word for the website as well. I have been a customer for over a year now and have never been anything but impressed with their services. Every customer gets 50 free 4×6 prints and 50 free 5×7 prints EVERY month. The shipping, when I’ve ordered my 4×6 prints in the past has been about $5 – still only 10 cents/print shipped. In addition, they offer many free promos throughout the year, including free photo books (only $7.99 shipping, I dare you to find a better price!). They run MANY promos throughout the year with amazing prices and, usually, free shipping (their most current one was for photo calendars for $4.99 shipped – which is half the price of just the typical shipping alone). If you wait for a sale, you will always get a good deal. The quality on every product I have ordered or seen (prints, photo books, ornaments, calendars) has been phenomenal – something I can’t say for my history with snapfish. I will verify that ordering a month ahead of time is a good idea to be safe – two weeks has been about average for me – but for the prices I’m not complaining. If you’re interested what a “free” product will cost you, they have a link to their shipping costs at the bottom of the webpage.

I second what Jen says and also want to add a warning to anyone that may purchase from ArtsCow. I purchased photos from them and they arrived completely damaged. They supposedly have an awesome return policy but in order to get your money back you have to send them the ruined pictures. On their website it says that you can email them a photo as proof of the ruined product but in reality they won’t accept it as proof that the item was damaged. The cost to ship back the photos would cost me the same as my refund so it seemed pointless and sadly I was out a bit of money plus I had to have the photos reprinted. For me it was not worth it and like Jen said the company is located overseas in Hong Kong I believe.

The shipping is VERY costly. I looked at ordering 10- 2″ magnets because they were on the list of freebies, but when I saw the shipping for them would be $15 I cancelled the order. I guess $1.50 isn’t so bad per piece, but more than I wanted to spend atthe time. I believe it is being processed and then shipped from Japan. I ordered 3 canvas prints (unstretched) 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for them so if anyone wants to order in time for the holidays I would do so a.s.a.p. Buyers will have to judge for themselves if these freebies truly are worth the cost.
