Can’t get the page to load at all. I have a feeling, it will all be gone by the time I get the page to come up.
It’s not letting me check out it says I have 7 items in my cart. Any suggestions?

I have been trying to get it to load for an hour and a half now. Guess I am just not meant to get one.

After trying this for one and a half hours early this morning at 2:00 A.M., when I got to the last step to confirm the order a Google Error popped up and said “The request method post is inappropriate for the URL /. Did anyone else have this problem? I totally wasted 1 1/2 hours on this project.

I’ve been working on this for over 2 hours and ended up with the same Google error on the last step as Martha.
Martha I am having the same problem. I am gonna try doing it in IE instead of FF. Hopefully I can get through.
Rachel, I used FF too. Please let us know how it works on IE, I don’t have time to waste trying it now.
Michelle, in IE it is telling me that their is a Certificate error.
Oh well, guess I am missing out on this. I would think a company like TIGI would have a better website.
It took me about 2 hours (was doing other stuff while pages loaded), but I finally got through to the end. I got the Google error message and no confirmation email, but I checked my account and it shows the freebie in my order history. I guess it did go through. Slowest website EVER, though.
Rachel and Michelle, I also tried it in IE. No luck, what a waste of time. I cannot believe that I spent hours trying to get this to work. It makes no sense that it works for some and not others. What a lousy website. I will not make that mistake again.
Dec. 31, 2009 – 2:30 p.m. I was able to get my free one with zero problems. Amazing, cause I NEVER have that kind of luck!! Try again.

has anyone received this yet…i placed my order on dec 30. the site says everything went thru but it has not shipped yet. whats up with that?
@dalia – same here. I forwarded back my order confirmation to the website on 1/29 telling them I hadn’t received it yet. They wrote back on 2/1 and said it shipped via Fedex on 1/29 (what a coincidence! LOL). Of course, I still haven’t received it so I sent them another email on 2/16 asking for the Fedex tracking number. They haven’t responded. I’m not holding my breath.
And I know I shouldn’t complain about it since it was all free anyway, but if they’re going to send me an order confirmation AND tell me it was shipped, then now it is just the principle of the matter, you know??
