   It works, if you go to forthemommas.com and go thru the Freebies section. It just doesn’t work via the iPad or iPhone FB app — at least not today. Just claimed mine using my regular browser.

    If you get the form and don’t have a submit button, go back to the email info, hit tab and click the highlighted block a few times. Worked for me.
